Our application to my court regarding the occupation of Algeria's land by France in 1830 was examined by our court and this decision was made. In the month of July 1830, the French invaded Algeria. The frenches wanted to make it a part of the great french empire they wanted to build. for this they wanted to make the Muslim people of cezayir a Christian and to adapt themselves completely to french culture. In 1830, white priests' society, the largest missionary center of Europe, was established in Algeria. this society aimed to bring the people of Algeria to Christianity within fifty years. but the dependence on the religion of the Algerian people prevented their success.

 

            French initiated the first independence struggle against the isgaline occupation in the second year abdulkadir. the commander fought for 14 years against Abdulkadir occupiers and was arrested by frenches on 23 December 1947. in the following years there were riots and independence challenges against the occupation. but the French invaders have all these movements in violence and oppression. only on August 5, 1945, the french people were killed by 45 thousand criminals in one day.

 

           The French second independence war against Isgary started in 1954. this war was initiated under the leadership of the national liberation front. the national liberation front was created in the leadership of the ruling Ulema, which is an important activity in the consciousness of the Algerian people.
