The President and National Assembly Member Elections held in Turkey in June 2023 have been examined in detail.
The re-election of President R. Tayyip Erdoğan is against the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey. The first reason why it is unconstitutional; According to the constitution, a person can be elected president a maximum of 2 times. President R. Tayyip Erdoğan has been nominated for the Presidency for the third time, although he had previously served as President twice. The second reason why it is unconstitutional is that, according to the constitution, the person to be a presidential candidate must be a university graduate. President R. Tayyip Erdoğan is not a university graduate. Proof that President R. Tayyip Erdoğan is not a university graduate can easily be found in social media searches and official records.
For these reasons, President R. Tayyip Erdoğan cannot hold the Presidency according to the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey. The Presidency of R. Tayyip Erdoğan is null and void. All official actions taken by R. Tayyip Erdoğan during his presidency are null and void.
Even though it is unconstitutional for R. Tayyip Erdoğan to be a presidential candidate, he accepted his candidacy, not having a diploma, illegally changing the number of votes in the ballot box in favor of the government, cheating in the election records in favor of the government, unjustly and illegally with the means of the state and the government's election advertisements. The government's making unfair slanders against its opponent, the violation of the Election Law by R. Tayyip Erdoğan and some ministers, their failure to comply with this law, the fact that foreigners who do not have the right to vote are made citizens and make them vote. By ignoring the unfair advertising of their candidates, the officials of the official institutions responsible for the election, President R. Tayyip Erdoğan and members of the government violated the constitution, abused their duties, and committed constitutional and legal crimes.
